Didn't know which thread to post this in but I messaged Westrich on Instagram.

Doesn't sound like we'll see a new high-rise project from them any time soon. Wrapping up The View and Encore and then they are working on some wood frame projects after that.

I actually like that. I was worried they meant single family homes, but we need builders to focus on our 'missing middle'. It's good that they see opportunity here!
