I can't help if the "landmark" building and empty affordable housing promises from the previous developer were more appealing.Bit of a disappointment but better than what's there right now.
Varsity - the idea is to have a podium that fits into the heritage context and a minimalist design above.I don't mind it, slightly bolder colours would be nice. I like the potential street interactivity.

The feedback we received from the City was to learn from RB mistakes and make it better.Don't mind thet ground floor with the masonry. Tower portion meh. I guess if it turns out like Raymond Block it shouldn't be too bad.
