I agree that is exactly what the purchase is about - retain existing tenants that may have been renting space in the parkade and to incentivize prospective tenants.
Yup. As CWB moves out, having the option for ample parking is a help for lease up. Also provides interm cash flow and can be sold after CWB leases up or redeveloped. Makes sense to me.

I just hope they would look into adding some CRUs in the parkade facing the street. If done right, businesses in those CRUs can also add value to an office building.
It would be the perfect spot for a smaller business. I know landlords don't like to deal with smaller spaces, but not everyone needs 5,000 feet and some of these businesses grow.
