I agree. It is a great area to focus on, a bit nicer than the area north of Jasper Ave, in my opinion, still within reasonable walking distance of many downtown amenities/LRT and closer to the River Valley.

Hudson Tower proposal is before city design committee
Westrich Pacific is looking to get the design approved for a tower that they say will go up faster than any tower of its size previously in Edmonton.

OR... maybe they have a shit ton on the go, are expanding east/westward and have shifted priorities. They remain one of the most active multi-fam developers in town and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.

Westrich is now out of this project; it has been sold to Redstone Group ie. the folks who bought the former CWB Tower.
