If you read between the lines, it seems like the west end of the former "Bay Parkade" may be coming down in favor of a mixed use rising high development... and this just north of the Falcon I and Falcon II -- more for the 4th Street line-up -- Zebras on one end and a "lion" of a development on the other -- if the same magical thinking brought us zebras, just imagine the possibilities for the tower!

I checked out J&S Architect's website and I am really impressed with Jeff Shen's illustration skills. Also worth noting that after graduating from BCIT he completed his undergraduate Architectural Studies at Athabasca University before going on to get his Master's degree in China. This guy definitely thinks outside the box and I hold out high hopes for the Edmonton Project. Attached a sample of his sketching skills...
