I'll grab a pic of it when I'm by there again, but looking southeast on the corner of 124th and 107th ave you can see the Edward and Citizen + the Pearl and it makes the whole area feel quite developed and dense.

Don’t like the brickwork. Wrong colour and too many white bricks clustered in the middle. Sloppy.

The podium is a bit 'heavy'. Some trees (columnar aspens) would do wonders.

It not souch that it is heavy just wrong color as Glencoe mentioned. A light brown brick would have been better, or, in essence, a color that is between the two colors on the tower. As is, there are two distinctions and the eyes can't connect.

We're not Louis Vuitton city, and this type of form build is acceptable in the central fringe. Had this been in the core like Icon- which is crap- I would understand.
