Lots of talk….can we see some action please?

Should be starting pretty soon!

Walk me through the logic of what looks like three almost identical ovens, plus what appears to be a microwave in the top left of the group.

Are the additional ones needed because they're all European-sized and you can't fit much in them to begin with? I've had Euro-sized units like that before and you couldn't even fit a small roaster in them.

Top left looks like a built in coffee/espresso machine. I’d imagine the actual build would have a double oven and then the last spot as a microwave drawer. It probably come down to limited options in the software they use for the renderings though, sort of like how they filled the shelf to the right with what looks like 2 different coffee makers.

No downside to additional ovens and dishwashers, only possible upsides at that price. Bachelors won't care, women that cook will be happy with never running out of oven capacity. I bet these units also have double drawer dishwashers.

Obviously I'm generalizing, but catering to wives in this price range is a must as they heavily influence purchase decisions.

What about men who cook... or bake? It's a thing! Truly! I live with one!

Wtf. Is this an adult human talking. I repeat. wtf.

No career woman allowed in this building I guess. Those whores.

I’m upset about nothing big boy. Whatever makes you feel manly and important. Don’t mind little dumb me making spelling errors. I’ll just bat my eyelashes and stay pretty and quiet. 😘

Let me start by saying to those of you that are unaware of the pricing of these condos. This building is extremely expensive. In this price range most are married in a common, heterosexual relationship. Of those which aren't married, a disproportionate amount will be men, and I'd expect the target demographic to be someone like a hockey player, business owner. Why on Earth would I suggest anyone is being excluded? I'm obviously not.

The performative offense taken to my comment about men and women's preferences is silly. We all know that excluding anyone from an activity of the basis of gender doesn't make sense. This was related to my point about bachelors most likely not caring about the extra ovens, while many wives/girlfriends/visitors may like having the additional ovens.

Adding a feature which one sex may disproportionately prefer, while often either being a neutral/unimportant addition for the other, is good business. This is done with homes all of the time, and I'll argue that catering to the preferences of women first, is absolutely essential in this price range.

At no point in time did I suggest any buyer restrictions. The implication of sexism with expletives is uncalled for.

Most of you know exactly what I'm saying, and so does Autograph.
