Unlikely, as developers will often allocate a % of units to MLS via various representatives, but generally not all.

To clarify she played a pivotal role in getting the Clifton approved through the planning approvals. Which they have. The only thing holding this back right now is sales. It's all about financing right now. I suspect you'll see this one start up come the fall.Katie Schneider
