Floor to cieling windows with practically zero pillars or walls whatsoever. This building was obiously designed from inside out, to make each (luxury) unit as functional as possible with zero obstructed views of Edmonton's biggest asset.
It may not be the fanciest design for onlookers, but it is a well thought-out design for the actual buyers.
Edit. Kind of what you get when every floor needs to be a sub-penthouse/penthouse. @Offworld what's your opinion of the Lassard House?
