They are indeed, and they're also the same renderings showing on the hoarding. That's what we're getting here

I'm not mad about the cladding, but of course we'll have to wait and see what the finished product looks like. I'm just happy to see the development of a structure that will help break up the tabletop skyline of Government Centre. Here's hoping there's more to come, ideally in those barren surface parking lots between 105 & 106 Street.

Or really large bathroom tile. I don't mind it though - the corners look really sharp with this cladding, it's the first thing I noticed.
