I’m pretty sure it’s the final cladding. Possibly similar material to what the SAMU building was wrapped in?

Inner ones will be - the outer ones weren't intended to be closed in - see the elevations back in the first page of the thread. Some of the other renders are of sharp angles and make it appear the outer are enclosed when they aren't in reality.

I'm referring to this portion of the building as seen in this render/photo:

I'm assuming the inner ones you're referring to are the long open portions in the centre of the building? If so that's good, that's what I'm hoping will be enclosed. It's a great design choice in my opinion.

Ah man, that's too bad. I really liked those enclosed balconies.

I still think the building is coming together nicely, and I will likely upgrade my vote to "Like It" once I see the finished product. It does fill a nice gap in our skyline.

^ No. It's a great photo. Not sure I like the updated renders of the project though. It competes will the latest BG tower revision. ?. I'll guess to just wait for the finished product. Why can't they all have that great modern design of Encore and Ultima?!
