Yes, this looks like a beautiful spot, it would be nice to bring in some good street level commercial or retail to attract people here.

With the right retailers/restaurants here this whole area could look very different and much more active, especially if the fan park building gets built and more restaurants like Japanese Village start occupying this area around here and Roger's place.

Maybe we could extend Ice District to Leduc and Spruce Grove and Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park…

Everything isn’t Ice District and not everything would be improved by annexing it to Ice District.

Station Lands has equal or stronger ties to the Arts and Entertainment District and the Quarters and Chinatown.

Ice District currently seems rather too corporate with not much activity at some times outside business hours, so this could actually be better and surpass it in some ways.

It goes without saying that good materials and good execution go a long way in how well a building turns out. I think Qualico did a pretty stellar job here. Some other developers should take note. Both Qualico and Maclab are setting the new standard for apartment high-rises here

Once Tower 2 goes, that is going to be one DENSE block.

Just imagine how lively and dense it will feel once all of Stationlands is complete!
