Not 3 years... the article said they would begin next year and into 2027
A lot of businesses could learn from how Felice is constantly hosting/organizing events. The brick looks nice.
I've only made it by Felice twice; it was packed both times, and heard it usually is. They appear to be doing well within their community.

Pub. We need a nice pub in this area.Another eatery or two plus a mom & pop convenience store would be ideal.
Guess we'll wait and see what Phase 3 will look like,
Might not be an ideal choice for some but a Cobb's would do well here. I don't know where the closest one is in this area.^
The area needs a bakery more than it needs a pub
I think a pub would struggle here. People aren't hanging out at neighbourhood pubs like they use to
Perhaps younger generations don't drink as much but they crave community spaces as much as anyone. Frank's Pub over on 99th seems to be doing really well, particularly as functioning as a 3rd space to meet up with friends. Went there a few times this summer on random week days and it was packed every time. I could totally see something like that do well here.^

Tell that to the places on beer street that are packed often.^

There are multiple excellent bakeries up on 118th Ave. There is no good neighbourhood pubs anywhere nearby without going downtown, which is a very different vibe. We finally have multiple good coffee shops, and they are doing very well. A Frank's style place is desperately needed.^

Maybe a LAN cafe could workPerhaps younger generations don't drink as much but they crave community spaces as much as anyone.
8 games a year. I don’t think that is a very good business modelA pub should do very well at Stadium Yards, given that Elks games are literally across the street.
