I thought the land SW of Lewis block belonged to a different developer? Didn't it have a tower proposal from a Chinese developer?

Pub, small shops, a nice little bakery and a meat msrket/deli, a coffee shop. Would be nice.

This already exists, but a local pub would be ideal. It's relatively close to SaveOn and the Italian Centre.

See Ian, here's another example to compare to your first love of "University City," in YYC!!! Muttart now has 8 buildings built with 2 more plots of land still left to go.....easily rivals what your buds are doing down south......lol....

Actually no, it does not, given the amount of mixed-use down there, townhouses and greenspace.
