One of the best 'greens' and underused spaces in the city. This space should be packed on weekends with urban dwellers.

It has been quite busy on the weekends so far this spring, especially if there is a festival going on.

This area should have basketball/volleyball/Pickleball. Would be so popular and a weak destination with the paths/views.
