I think we could be up another 30% from here by Fall.
Perhaps. Something to note though is that unlike in other jurisdictions, the housing market in Calgary and Edmonton is responsive to demand. If home values increase significantly, developers here are able to build more homes to compensate.

This will be good news though for a lot of people whose property values have been sitting pretty flat for almost a decade now.

Edmonton's hot market garnering attention from Kelly Cryderman at the Globe and Mail:

I always got the impression Kelly Cryderman was a pretty strong Calgary shill, so I'm surprised to see this.
Gated. Any screenshots you can share?

^^^^ Does that equate to too much emphasis on Planters and Benches and not enough on Activity centers?

This story was the same when I graduated Uni back in 01'.

Greener pastures, big city fun, away from parents, job opportunities, vibrancy!

We did a good job at shifting those percentages for a good decade and a half, but more recently Alberta is seeing a return to their old ways and perceptions returning.

IMO, as a young person, one of my least favourite aspects of Alberta is the work culture. So many folks here live to work rather than the other way around.

For so many, it’s a life of workworkworkmexicovacationworkworkwork—which is fine if that’s someone’s preference, but it’s not for me and there’s only so much time we get on this earth, and I’d rather spend as much of it doing stuff I enjoy rather than slaving away.
