I'd love to see 105-107 Ave see a boom of 4-6 storey and continued momentum to convert those old light industrial to creative class industry, office and lofts.

Holy shit, I'm pleasantly surprised and shocked at the same time. Fully leased, already?? Was there lots of pre-leasing before the pandemic hit orrr?

Could this mean that Westrich could move on to another project after this soon? If there's demand for it they gonna build it I hope.

Completely and whole-heartedly agree! This whole "post-industrial" area has some great potential, and I think it could become to Macewan and Norquest what Old Strathcona is to the U of A (on a smaller scale of course... and with less of the drinking and partying and more of the cultural and refined side haha). I think this new residential here is great but we have to be careful to not build over too much of the old industrial buildings. Repurposing for the win!
