This little stretch of street is busy, busy with condo/rental developments. Crazy busy it looks like.

I’m still disappointed that both of these Westrich projects are rentals. If a new condo building starts selling on this street, I’d snatch one up

What is wrong with rentals? I reckon the projects are all leaning that direction because of the proximity to Macewan University - tons of students looking for a place to rent nearby (although they may have wealthy parents to pay for some of these I bet!).

Not great but a welcome addition of density either way. Far better than the extremely suburban style buildings in railtown park.
