So who all is leased here? From what I'm hearing: Kind Ice Cream, Bibo Wine Bar and a Foundry Room expansion. Is this more or less correct?
Plum Apartment is the other along with Iconoclast leasing the existing substation building for their roaster and some type of juicery or something.

Hoping the stairs means activating the roof of the substation
 
Underneath the staircase for the substation there are loose bricks. With all of the new glazing and construction, whoever is responsible for the site currently should ensure they are cleaned up right away.

The new building offers multiple mixed-use tenant spaces, patios, and entertainment areas, including The Foundry Room on the second floor, which offers a stunning venue for weddings or events. The former EPCOR substation was modernized and brings an exciting retail element to the development.
