Nothing has lasted in that space since Mercer Tavern closed. You'd think the location would be a slam dunk being adjacent to the arena.

Maybe The Druid will be a bigger draw than out-of-towners Home & Away or Alfred's.

It actually may be quite challenging to try make it off of the short and sporadic rushes before and after events. Other locations a bit further away probably get more business at other times to balance things out better.
