I think that's taken into account. 413839 shows the second footing from the south abutment sitting in the middle of the current Yellowhead alignment.
Yep, iirc the re-alignment is actually happening in order to accomodate that bridge!

The re-alignment, where the Yellowhead dodged the runway, has been talked about since before the Muni closed, which was before there was any concrete plans the Yellowhead work we are seeing now from what I recall.
Interesting to know, I wonder what the other reasons would be. Just cause it's better for highways to be straight where possible? I was going off of this point on page 11 of the St Albert Trail — 97 St. concept book: "Yellowhead Trail will be realigned and straightened to remove the curve between 121 Street and 107 Street. This will accomodate plans for a future LRT bridge."

The two towers will have to be built outside the Walker/Calder yards. Any construction would have to be above the train tracks, with no stoppages to train traffic.
