Anyone get any recent eyeballs on these? Right next door to Ian's building - but he never snags a picture of these? I wonder why?

The south building had some concrete poured but was not as far along.

All Summer to build half a basement and these things have barely begun to poke their noses out of the ground? Or have they? Ian, teach these folks how to build!

The north building is finally at grade!

I wonder what those cell-like rooms in the basement are? Each room has one window, seems unnecessary if they are for storage. Hopefully they aren't "studio apartments"

Both buildings have 11 units in the basement. And they’re not all studios, they range from studio to 2 bedroom

Interesting, we'll see how that turns out I guess. Before the floor slab was poured, you could see inside and it seemed like every room was separate with one window at the end. I will try to go for a tour of this building once it opens for sure.

I remember the public outcry to this one. I imagine the neighbours are not happy with the slow progress. It is one thing to oppose a development, it is another to have an unfinished development that is contributing nothing to your neighbourhood.
