First Qualico doubling down on Stationlands, now this. Great start to November!
This development permit is just for an external stairwell from the fourth floor rooftop patio to the fifth floor of the tower. The actual building permit for the overall podium repositioning was submitted in September and is under review.it's happening!

I preferred the original plan too, but I believe it was based on this continuing to be retail space. Sadly, this retail space has been empty for 5 years or so now, this is better than what we have now which is nothing.
I believe this is tied to the CWB (Nat Bank) fit out….^^

Will that temporary coffee stand also finally be replaced by a permanent location soon? They already had to redo the sign for it to coming in 2024 and now it is getting close to the end of 2024.
Maybe, the coffee shack does give a certain vibe to Manulife. Although I'm not sure it is the upscale cachet they are looking for, but perhaps that is long gone.Maybe their popup is doing so well that they'll keep it going!

What does that mean? They are nearly there with their space, but are being held up with swapping 'spaces'
