This is another wonderful looking concept. I hope this can move forward as this would help begin the transformation of this land. It's time to see nice pretty buildings as we approach whyte ave instead of empty train yards.

That's very exciting, it's wonderful that you're doing this with such an underutilized plot of land! I especially love that you're dedicating this space for entrepreneurs to develop their ideas. Does your company still plan on developing the land on the other side of the station? And would this development leave room for a potential future expansion of the Edmonton Radial Railway's streetcar line?

A vacancy problem, shift away from their traditional anchors/stores/retail and a shift towards a different experience.
I like the project and hope it pushes the rest of Whyte towards a new/different place; one filled with some of the bravado of days gone by.
