I feel like they burned the parking bridge with the City the last go round.

Perhaps they can try to be more innovative this time. Staging area for people that arrive to Rogers from that side? Looks bad to leave it as is with Stationlands going across the street. I doubt anything meaningful happens until Boyle relocates.

Well it would be nice if something goes there sooner than later. As much as I didn't like the old casino there, it was still better than an empty piece of land.

There is nothing wrong with an empty piece of land. I will not tolerate 4th or 5th world decor like Regency's or Arlington site.

I think what really irks the city and a lot of residents is when the parking lots are gravel mud holes and dust bowls. A bit of actually nice landscaping and paving throughout that is well maintained might help their case.
