No kidding. Once the Manulife Place lobby is refreshed and City Centre West is (hopefully) imploded, 101 Street will look far more cosmopolitan!

It does look pretty good, but it has sterilized that part of 101 Street by removing the street-front retail along there, and I'm not ready to forgive them for that yet.

101 Street is indeed our only canyon of note. 103 and 104 Streets are half-canyons, and Jasper Avenue is...scattershot.
