I don't think I've ever seen a building with cladding like this - 3 different types/colours/patterns? The renderings are different than what's going on here so I'm interested to see how this looks fully finished. Not sure I like. Certainly glad for this project, though.

This Avenue needs to be narrowed. A large patio area on the south side, and the addition of trees would be worth it.

Yes, there is actually a whole commercial/retail area here south of Whyte Ave to 79 Avenue, but currently many people just stick to Whyte Ave. With the area being more filled in, this could change.
