Looks like they are trying to do a little too much. Less is more with the mix of colours.

I'm pretty sure this building is considered 'Block 1B' of the project. I'm not sure the full scale of the build. But maybe we'll see a tower after this phase.
1B is being built behind a playground and not street facing. I'm interested to see what they're going to do next
