Well, by December 20 I expect them to be done with the parkade excavation with formwork close to starting.

According to the first post on this thread towers A and B are the two shorter towers in the development.

Like Meatloaf says - "2 out of 3 ain't bad." So the Northern tower and the Southwest tower...I wonder if the "Podium" as labelled on this first page is part of this phase......

Nothing too exciting to see yet, but some signs of activity.
Also, 81st Ave is in dear need of some streetscaping. Boulevard trees please.
(And probably some bike lanes too.)
