Amazing how some sites sit empty and derilict for years because they are supposedly "uneconomic", but other sometimes nearby move ahead very quickly.

I think sometimes its not economics, but whether those who are developing know what they are doing.

It's part economics (the numbers have to make sense) and owner motivation.

They have gotten much further down the last 10 days or so. And based on the pallets of bags of cement on the south of the site, maybe footings coming very soon.
