The fact that this is Edmonton's mainstreet 2 blocks from the core is embarrassing.

If the same company that built the Hat and demolished this commercial strip, then they just made is more difficult to sell units in the Hat to potential tenants. They are going to have to develop that lot to get people to buy into the Hat.

Drove by here yesterday evening. Seems like well more than half of the units are rented with people living in them. Surprised me how filled it looked.

No movement I could see on the CRUs but that's not surprising.
