Definitely a lot more reasonable and I hope it helps them fill up the tower with residents a bit quicker

They could knock the 1 and 2 bedrooms another $100 bucks and it would rent like crazy! They're still a little bit overpriced compared to what's around in some nicer areas (including the Sky Residences). But it's good to see they getting a little bit more in tune with the market and with people's financial capabilities, it's what will make core neighborhoods more vibrant and populated
