This building whose name and history I can't seem to find much information on (@_Citizen_Dane_ ?) is getting a bit of a renewal too:
Reference ID: Job No 357613757-002
Description: Addition to Existing Building, Exterior Alteration, Interior Alteration, Change of Use, Demolition
Location: 10315 - 109 STREET NW
Plan B2 Blk 8 Lots 115-117
Applicant: HODGSON SCHILF EVANS ARCHITECTS
Status: Intake Review
Create Date: 3/13/2020 12:32:41 PM
Neighbourhood: DOWNTOWN
I think it was built in 1920 with one expansion added in 1936. I don't believe it has any heritage designation or protection. I do know this was Five Oaks / Dub Architects' building for a while, then AT|b Architecture until they were snapped up by Stantec. It was most recently sold in November 2019. I wonder who the new owner is?
