Downtown Edmonton's Signature Street is about to get even Better. Falcon One is a 38-Storey residential condominium tower located south of Jasper Avenue on 104th Street. The contemporary tower features world-class architectural design, stunning river valley views a central location close to everythi
I hope that they do at least somewhat well on their sales. With Mackenzie Tower being put on hold as of recent, I'm sorry to say it but I think proposals may be starting to lose some traction as of late ?.
But with that said, I still see a very bright future for our city and it's development. In my opinion, more planning in downtown directed at making the pedestrian experience more enjoyable mixed with a possibly heightened economy on the horizon is pointing towards something at least!
^ I think you'll see a lot more rentals go up over condos. And apparently there is a new wave of proposals in the queue, with the potential with some of them going ahead.

Even though the design is subpar, I look forward to seeing the massive gravel/paved parking lot (i.e. blight) disappear. This project will make a huge difference to the overall feel of 100 Ave & southern portion of 104 St.
Went into the sales office this afternoon. It’s still in presales, but judging by the sales board it looks to be about 30% sold. They’re hoping for shovels in the ground this fall for the first tower as long as they get to 50% and occupation in 2022.

@archited If the first one hasn't been approved yet they would usually just continue under the same file number. Even related work would generally have the same number with an incremented extension.
A couple of possibilities come to mind -- first DP under the previous architectural precinct (Kennedy) and the new one adjusted for ARC OR a new DP for the second tower? Whatcha think, @Daveography?
