That DP is listed as 'To Construct a 38 Storey Mixed Use Tower with 296 Dwellings of Apartment Housing, 2 General Retail Stores on the main floor and 7 Storeys of underground parking.' This is for Tower 1, which was referenced in the first DP title.

@Nosirrah Is that usual? I've usually only seen one DP number (with an increment on the last three digits) for a single project before, not two completely different DPs for the same project.

It's not typical, but we have seen it before if considerable revisions are made after the initial DP is submitted. We will see if anything major has changed with this one (I haven't seen any new drawings come in yet).

@cpnfantstk This is the shorter one. Max height is 145m, though it'll probably come in much short than that. I'd estimate closer to ~120m.

Yeah, the clicking/pipes expanding over night was loud enough to wake me up. There was little to no sound transfer between units though, so that was good.
