Why is there cars shown driving through the plaza in those images?

^^^^Because when "the Ice" And Katz negotiated purchase of that portion of 103street, they agreed to maintain "reduced" through traffic for autos and service and emergency vehicles.

Although, considering how the Plaza has been built I wonder though if we will ever really see vehicles driving on that little stretch.

103st road closure this weekend. A 500t crane will be lifting a 46,000lb generator to the rooftop. My brother will be operating the crane and doing the lift.

I follow development closely out of curiosity but have no direct involvement, and am excited to finally have someone in my inner circle involved in a cool way.

I forget; is this a podium for a future tower as well, or am I thinking of a different building? It looks great either way, and it'll bring a lot of sorely needed traffic to the area outside of the M-F 9-5 timeslots!
