@Freedm 4 levels of underground parking, not sure what that translates to in depth - 25-30 feet or so?

Usually we allow 8'-6" floor to floor plus foundation depth of 12" = 35' (my guess). But then the cap slab is probably 12" above grade (34')

Thanks! Never thought of that, but that's a good idea and I certainly wouldn't have a problem with it. I'll walk by there later and ask around unless someone has a contact I could reach out to
