Actually, I thought the total opposite. Really bright, clean (obviously as it's nearly brand new) and quite colourful with the bubble gum pink north wall, the green faux foliage in the middle, and the blue chairs on the right.

No surprise. It's pretty affordable, nice location, good looking building with decent floor plans. And it's bright and inviting.
