Edmonton should be placing a higher priority on getting Blatchford and other inner city areas developed over the outer edges of the city.
Pick up the pace, no more excuses.
I do think more urgency is needed. The same way we talk about accelerating the bike implementation from 15 years to 5 due to climate goals, our development (arguably to a greater extent) needs the same aggression. Individual carbon footprints for these massive infill neighbourhoods are likely quite a bit lower than new suburbs on average.
