Some of the second bedrooms in these units are so small with door placement really impacting the usability of what space there is. Like this one B2-12 the largest available which appears may accommodate a single bed and small dresser but not much else. The floorpan shows a double bed but at 8 feet you would need to push it against a wall. The other sizes are also pretty tight. For a family with one small child or baby it would be OK. https://121west.ca/suites/

That's a very typical size for a 2nd bedroom in an apartment

I've heard this building has a staggering amount of interest and move ins already. Will likely be close to full in a 3-4 months
I went and checked it out. They claim about ~42% moved-in already in under 2 months, which given there are 396 units, is like a staggering <160 units in <60 days.

It's an interesting contrast to modern condo/purpose built rentals trends, esp here in Edm. There are zero amenities, parking not included ($125/mo extra), some limited storage available for extra $. Most floorplans had tiny bedrooms, tiny balconies. Finishes seemed OK but I'm not really the one to judge that stuff.

I do wonder what the consensus is on whether you need all the amenities to fill up units in purpose built rentals or if pure cheap as possible is the best option.
