The penthouse windows are such a tease of what could've been for the entire tower.

Regency's performance in this City keeps get worse and worse. Between this and their project west of the Brewery district as well as the Tower 101 and Emerald sites they are looking like they belong in Nisku not in the heart of Edmonton. Good gawd!!!!

I actually like Edgewater 1& 2, they're of the aesthetically better towers in the world of stucco & punched windows. And 121 West is at least neatly tucked away off main streets.

Meanwhile, this tower looks like it's from an alternate timeline where glass is a rare earth mineral.
