Were there ever renders posted for the revised 6-storey that's going up?

Are there plans for the The Old hollyrood Gardens townhomes site? I'd like a wall of dense 6-story buildings along 85 St from East Junction building up to 95 ave

I'm glad that at least this one section will finally be completed and make that stretch along the LRT not look like a whole lot of empty.
I hope the big empty pit can see movement too sooner than later.

Is there anything planned yet for the giant pit immediately north of this building? Would be nice to see construction continue.

Once they get this bit done I image one of two things to happen. 1, they proceed as originally planned.
OR

2, the owner goes back to the city and tries again to get a bigger building for that area.

I'm predicting option 2

Is there any more room on top of their existing 1 level parkade for another phase? Or is this 6 storey pos under construction the last building that would for atop of it?
