I've seen many ambitious spots come and go, but here's hoping as I plan to try it and what a great location and unexpected offering for visitors and the business crowd.

I always imagined seeing or having a sports card shop somewhere near the arena. Unfortunately I'm no longer in the position to do that anymore.
Collectibles shop would also be cool, but you need a place with very very affordable lease rate as the margins on collectibles and sports cards can be quite low. You have to be pumping through high volume and at that point the margins are even lower.

I've always liked this building and spot, but those glass block windows have to go IMO. I don't think we'll see this building redeveloped yet.
Mother's Music did alright here for a number of years. It will be interesting to see what goes in here.
