Well I can tell you that you still have hope if you want a Downtown condo. Things are moving, but sale prices are still WELL below pre-COVID and generally 5% below list on top of that.

Nice to see things starting to move again, but it's largely because things are so cheap/undervalued right now.

How about something like this on the 100ave site between 102-103st? (from Winnipeg no less).

It would fit right in and is nothing amazing, but likely a feasible and buildable product for the city.

Considering how prominent anything of decent height built that lot will be from the usual skyline vantage points (in much the same way as Telus Plaza, Chateau Lacombe, and Canada Place), I'd rather something that stands out more for that site, both in terms of height and design. But it's good modest density, and wouldn't mind it on the lots around Omega or the Matrix Hotel.
