Energy Square building is in the process of being purchased by a well known downtown developer. I will share more details when I can.

That's great news. Maybe another conversion? I have always loved its gold skin, especially since loosing the gold on Scotia Place. I hope if there are any exterior changes in the future that the color remains.

JLL was marketing it as a conversion so I hope it happens there's some nice land behind it which could possibly open up the same idea that Strategic has done down the way.

No. This is part of the partnership that QuadReal formed with RBC Global Asset Mgmt that was announced earlier this year.

The one being marketed as a conversion was energy square (10109 106 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 3L7) and the one being completed now down the way is Centre West conversion.
