I think the key really to this area is that they're just needs to be a busy ground floor with people coming and going that will make this area reimagined and active.
I was in there a couple weeks ago and did not notice anything. Another case of Soon™I haven't noticed anything happening yet, are they working on the interior?

HOOPP would be aware of the general RTO movement, but even so the shedding of space by Telus across Canada is significant, and I don't use that word sparingly in this instance. In Vancouver, they've put virtually all their space in Telus Garden on the sublease market. I know a senior real estate person at Telus, and their space shedding is massive. They've gone almost all-in on WFH, and only time will tell whether that will work out to their overall benefit.They were likely aware of the return to office mandate. Plus this was due.
