I've always wondered if we'll ever see another tower go up along Sask Drive. Some properties there that are screaming for another high rise or two to go up.

There are only a couple of spots available for redevelopment or additional density. I'd love to see the Beljan project go on 108st and for those low-rise around 105-106st to be replaced by two modern towers.

Agreed (such as this 3 storey), but leave the gorgeous heritage homes along there untouched please and thanks.
