These will be permanent, modular washroom facilities with 2-3 universal self-contained washrooms (of which one will be barrier-free) and a room for the attendant's cleaning supplies.

I am curious to see how these are integrated/monitored/maintained/work here, for the general experience is that these end up being misused, a magnet for disorder and could push others away from the area.

Oh yes, the gaps that look good from the air and on a site plan, but are impractical in day-to-day use.
