Alberta Politics

Just heard on the radio that the 1st day of advance polling set a record for Alberta election as 163,000+ came out. Sounds like a decent turnout.
There were no lineups, but the nation at the Return Office on Jasper (Edmonton Motors) was very busy yesterday, at around 6 pm)

Very curious to see how the High River Hick's promise of $330M to the fLamers org compare to how Notley's matching promise of equal dollars to an unspecified project here as the NDP's budge line#: "Edmonton Matching Funds," of $110M for the next 3 years pans out.

Perhaps Lesser Slave Lake, for starters. I'm thinking that the voting margins for the Metro Edmonton ridings will be closer.

Agreed. I still think they'll be able to flip some ridings around Edmonton, and if the visual observations are any indication, the NDP will have a really large lead in the city itself.
