There is a photo out there somewhere with a cool 60s building on it and if memory serves me right it was part of the YMCA.

I believe there was a legion there at one time, but I don't know if there was something else there before that.

I suppose in theory, making adding in trees and benches should help some here - as there is already some residential right at the east end.

But there is still not really much of reason to walk down the street, particularly with the empty lot on the north west side.

I suspect the pedestrian traffic in this area is mostly by 100 St rather than west along 103 Ave.

That 1-block area needs a LOT to come to life... a few trees to quote Dirty Harry "ain't gonna cut it". This is going to be another 96th Street upgrade fiasco where the difference can be spelled out in wasted dollars.

When is 104st going to get beautiful pavers and become car free? That’s where we should actually be investing.

104 st was updated more recently, so I don't think the need to rehab it isn't quite as high as RHW, which hasn't been touched since probably the 80s?
